Here's how you order: Click 'buy' on the items you want to purchase. Clicking more than once increases the amount of the item you choose. Clicking the minus sign on the left of the item removes it or decreases the amount. Follow the instructions on the next screens for shipping and payment details. On the shipping options screen you will see only the valid options, these are calculated automatically depending on the weight and country. You will get a confirmation of the order with an unique order-number attached to it. If you filled in an e-mail address, that message and number will be e-mailed to you as well. The order is shipped as soon as payment is received by us.

Orders are valid for 3 weeks, and are automatically cancelled if payment is not received in time. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your order. All prices include postage and packing. Postage will be calculated when you click 'verify order', and will be included in the totals calculated when you place an order.

All parcels are shipped by TPG Post/TNT (Dutch postal services). Shipping in Holland is always done by?tracked parcel service. Shipping options outside Holland:

Basic Standard: Lowest rate shipping. Shipping takes a few days to several weeks depending on location. No insurance or tracking possible, all risks of loss or damage are for the customer!

Basic Priority: Lower rate shipping. Shipping takes a few days to 10 days, depending on location. No insurance or tracking possible, all risks of loss or damage are for the customer!

Special Standard: The safest but slower method. Shipping takes a few days to several weeks depending on location. Parcel is insured against loss, tracking possible.

Payment methods

There are several methods to pay us, and some of them will cost you extra money. Check out your options please:

Credit Card

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard using our PayPal account. After you have finished your order, you will find a link to the PayPal site for payment details, also you will receive an email with a direct link to the PayPal site including the payment total. The billing will be in Euro (?) currency, but you can pay in your own currency against the current exchange rates on the Paypal page. You will find further instructions there.

Use a IBAN-BIC transfer.
BTW In The Netherlands and within the EC, bank transfers are free of charge.

    Starting in 2001, many banks have introduced a new system, called IBAN. If your bank supports this too, you do not need to specify all the details above, but only this number:

    It identifies us and makes the transfer much easier

    As a description of the transfer, use the unique order number we give you when placing the order. Don't forget this, it makes things a lot easier and avoids possible mistakes!

    International Money Order (IMO)

    Available at your post office, mind you this is NOT THE SAME as sending a cheque from your bank. IMO is done through the Postal Service only!! (e.g. US MAIL, PTT Post, Deutsche Post etc). Bank cheques sent as IMO will not be accepted by us!

    PLEASE NOTE: this service may not be available in all countries, also there's always a risk involved when sending cash money by mail.

    The following terms and conditions ("this Agreement") modifies and supplements these General Conditions of Use to the extent you use the Shop.

    Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing the Shop. By accessing the Shop, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Shop.

    You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Shop and the Internet. Eevo Lute Music & Technology does not warrant that the Shop will appear as intended due to the various versions of Web browsers used on the Internet. Under no circumstances shall Eevo Lute Music & Technology, its agents, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the Shop or to access the Internet or any part thereof, or your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the Shop, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance.

    3. Making purchases on the Shop
    If you wish to make purchases on the Shop, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment mechanism information. You agree that all information you provide for purposes of making purchases will be accurate, complete and current. Eevo Lute Music & Technology and other service providers offering merchandise, information and services on the Shop set their own prices and may change prices or institute new prices at any time. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes and shipping/handling relating to purchases on the Shop.

    4. Failure to comply with Terms and Conditions
    Eevo Lute Music & Technology may deny you access to all or part of the Shop without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that Eevo Lute Music & Technology in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If Eevo Lute Music & Technology denies you access to the Shop because of such a violation, you shall have no right:
    (1) to access through Eevo Lute Music & Technology Online any materials stored on the Internet;
    (2) to obtain any credit(s) otherwise due to you, and such credit(s) will be forfeited;
    (3) to access third-party services, merchandise or information on the Internet through Eevo Lute Music & Technology Online, and Eevo Lute Music & Technology shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise or information nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from lack of notification.

    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Eevo Lute Music & Technology harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable solicitors' fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by you or authorized users of your account, or in connection with the use of the Shop or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the Internet by you or authorized users of your account. 5. Miscellaneous
    In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    Eevo Lute Music & Technology's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement.

    Eevo Lute Music & Technology may modify this Agreement from time to time by placing a notice of such modification on Eevo Lute Music & Technology Online shop and your continued use of the Shop following notice of such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must stop using the Shop.
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands (EU). Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands. Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Shop must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Eevo Lute Music & Technology with respect to the Shop.
